With each phase, they guided us in figuring out what we needed to do to get the house ready for market, provided incredibly, trustworthy contacts/referrals to make needed repairs and upgrades, and then they counseled us on pricing the house appropriately, giving us the latest information on the evolving market conditions. They made themselves available innumerable times for many different aspects and phases of the sale of the home. Couldn't ask for more.
