They are creative in marketing your home, and Laura is a professional stager and had great ideas for what to fix, which paint color to use, even how to move furniture into different rooms for the best effect. Also, a plus is that they seem to be extremely well-known and liked in the realtor community which turns out to be a real asset for word-of-mouth when you are looking to buy or sell.
